Two building sources and a resident told The Post they’ve spotted Holmes, 33, in a posh 19-story Seventh Avenue building, where rents range from $4,000 to $25,000 a month and celebs secure under-the-radar homes.”

Reported by TMZ back in 2012, Cruise agreed to monthly child support payments, which would expire once Suri turns 18. She’s currently 16, so the clock seems to be ticking.

TMZ reported, “According to the settlement, Tom must pay Katie $400,000 a year in child support. That comes to $33,333.33 a month. The money will be paid by electronic transfer.”

The outlet continues, “Tom must pay Suri’s support for the next 12 years — until she turns 18. All tolled, that comes to $4.8 million. Tom must also pay Suri’s expenses, including medical, dental, insurance, education, college and extracurricular costs.”

It is a tame price to pay for Cruise, especially considering the settlement he walked away with alongside Katie Holmes. When it was all said and done, Holmes walked away with nothing from Cruise’s fortune.
